Sunset Beach Resort & Spa- Beachfront Pirate Fire Show - Phu Quoc

Loved the ocean view from our room, but struggled with poor communication from staff.

Fairly clean place with sea views and nice and really kind staff. Plenty of options, brilliant food. Great location, 10 minutes drive from the airport. Lovely area...

the food was tasty with a great selection of options. twin room had upgrades, it was panoramic and reasonably large. the location seemed prime new on the ocean.

The staff was unpleasant.

Sunset Beach Resort was a huge disappointment. Mice running around, and meanwhile, the bar staff didn't even know what gin & tonic meant. I expected a complimentary stay upgrade after such chaos, but was treated like any regular guest. Oh, how I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Location: the hotel was near to the Sunset beach bar that is the best place to enjoy the sunset in Phu Quoc, and anywhere else with been in Vietnam. I dined around 4-6 minutes walk from the venue at Vesta Stone Steak. The room I stayed in was large and complete with an amazing view, the balcony and undrinkable coffee...

The positives include great location and parking on site. All the rooms are big size on the balcony and the staff are accommodating.

My wife says that there were not enough sun beds around the pool for families to enjoy.

staying at this resort made my weekend lovely, especially with the cozy beautiful king room just a short walk from fine beaches and vibrant local restaurants like Love Sushi and Colors Bar, making it easy to explore delicious food options every day.

I had a fantastic stay! The food was amazing, with a delicious breakfast buffet and beachfront dining. The beach bar offered great drinks, though the service could be improved. I'd definitely return!

Couples looking for a relaxing getaway

So, we spent 3 nights here, and let me tell you, the view from our ocean view room was amazing! Waking up and seeing the sea every morning was something else! Plus, the breakfast spread was quite excellent-gotta love a good buffet to kickstart your day.

It wasn't cheap, but you know, still alright for what we got.

The location here was superb! It was easy to get around and explore, being close to everything. We were just steps away from both other attractions in Vietnam and the beach 🏖️ as soon as we checked in.

The free WiFi throughout the hotel was a plus. We enjoyed room service, especially for late-night snacks. The kids' club was fantastic for those with little ones. The beach was clean, and the vibrant environment made it even better.

We faced communication issues with the staff, which sometimes made requests challenging. On a couple of occasions, we had difficulty getting help for basic needs.

The beachfront bungalow offered a unique charm with fine ocean views, made our mornings special. Evening fire shows enhanced the ambiance beautifully . The staff's attentiveness elevated our experience. I particularly enjoyed the garden view.

The in-room dining options were excellent, but the menu could benefit from more variety.

This place has a great location not too far from Seattle Aquarium, close to the airport, with super friendly staff and a good breakfast.
